The Thriller Dance Class Instructor: Morgaine About The Class: Come learn this fast paced, high cardio version of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and dance with us for 2 performances; the annual "Thrill The World Event" and Halloween Night! Not only will you learn how to perform this cult classic, you'll tone your legs, abs, and upper body in the process. So come and get your zombie on and feel the chill of "The Thriller"! Hula Hooping Instructor: Jaimie About The Class: Want to improve your mood, tone your abdominal muscles, and burn up to 600 calories an hour? Come hula-hoop! This class focuses on the basics of hoop dance. Jaimie will teach stretching with the hoop, hooping movements, and techniques with an emphasis on exercise, play, and dance. Hula-Hoops are provided. Gentle Hula Instructor: Jessica Ilagan, Professional Polynesian Dancer About The Class: Low impact aerobic workout that engages your arms, core, hips, thighs, and calves as you move! This is a fun aerobic activity for all ages that requires very little practice and training. Burn up to 150 calories in a half hour! Class Sessions: Not in session at this time.
